Satellite accelerator Globax

 

The unique accelerator not having analogues. Use UDP protocol
The program forms the virtual tunnel between a computer of the customer and server Globax. This channel replaces standard TCP/IP.
Globax surpasses similar products under the basic characteristics.

Provides high speed of work at the minimal ground traffic
The volume of the ground traffic decreases for 500-800 %.

Allows to receive high speed of reception of the data even at use GPRS as the ground channel.
The parity ground / satellite can be equal 1:100 ... 1:500 (depending on type of the accepted data).
For comparison: under TCP/IP this parity is equal 1:8 ... 1:10. Almost continuous data transmission from the satellite provides fast opening webs - pages, and also high speed of loading of files.

Installation

1. Find IP-address your subscription
For this purpose it is necessary to pass in the interface of management of a subscription
Eutelsat W6 - https://w6.spacegate.bz/info or HellasSat 2 - https://hellasat.spacegate.bz/info
Find a line similar to these and write down the data

2. Register your IP in properties TCP/IP of your DVB-receiver, a mask should be 255.255.255.0
 

3. Download and install Globax-client Globax-4.5.0.b4.exe

4. Start Globax-client, open widow "Configuration" enter username and password of your subscription, chose satellite and click button "Download configuration"

5. Open file C:\Globax\globax.conf for edit.
Add string "debug = 1" in section [server]
Change "speed_in = xxxxx" to 70-80% of maximal speed of your satellite subscription (having counted it in bytes)
Change "speed_out = xxxxx" to 70-80% of maximal speed of your ground  connection
If at further use Globax there will be many losses in a file client.log - reduce value " speed_in = xxxxx"

6. In adjustments of an Internet - Explorer and other programs which will use satellite connection, register work through a proxy 127.0.0.1 port 3128
