Services are provided in DVB-S2 standard.  Old DVB-S devices are inapplicable for work.
List of DVB-S2 compatible devices.

There are three tariffs  available:
1. Tariffs with per-megabyte payment for received traffic - InsatTraf.
2. Tariffs without traffic accounting - InsatStream.
3. Tariffs without traffic accounting with a possibility to download large amounts of traffic in the night.

1. InsatTraf. Prices are specified in USD for each full GB

Maximum registration (starting) payment for all InsatTraf tariffs is 5 USD.

Universal tariff InTraf has highest priority in the system.  Subscription to any InsatTraf tariff is unlimited in time, and valid till money exhaustion.  Sure, account charge is possible any time.  Review of account replenishments and reactivation of temporarily stopped subscriptions is done once per hour.

Customer chooses/changes maximum speed on his own, without connection break.

CAUTION! During InsatTraf tariff usage, personal account must be positive.  Otherwise service will be temporarily stopped until account is recharged.  After recharge, service is automatically restored every hour.  It means that subscription will be reactivated not immediately after payment, but after up to 1 hour 59 minutes after money reception.

2. InsatStream

Minimum registration (starting) payment for all InsatStream tariffs equals to cost of monthly subscription on chosen tariff.

InsatStream tariffs with fixed monthly payment are intended for most of customers, and they are contingently unlimited, because the do not allow download of large traffic amounts.  Any InsatStream tariff may be changed after a month after subscription activation.

Bandwidth distribution in InsatStream services is ruled according to Fair Access Policy (FAP).  According to this policy maximum Internet access speed in limited for customers who use the service excessively, downloading large amounts of traffic, taking too much bandwidth, and making difficulties for other customers.  Satellite network, like any network, is a single resource.  Excessive network usage by one customer make negative consequences for whole network characteristics.  FAP allows to control excessive data downloads, in order to provide high service quality for each customer.

Maximum bandwidth limitation for a separate customer is made stepwise, and based on QoS tables.

There are special InsatNight tariffs for customers who need to download large amounts of traffic from Internet.

3. InsatNight. Prices are specified in USD for each full GB.

Maximum registration (starting) payment for InsatNight tariffs equals monthly cost of subscription with InsatStream tariff + $5.

InsatNight tariffs usage is possible if customer charged personal account with additional money.  For example, if you put 41.3 USD on your personal account, you have a possibility, additionally to traffic, received by InStream500 tariff, to download 8 GB of traffic by InNight500 tariff.

WARNING! After activation and during work with InsatStream tariff, personal account must not be negative, but work with zero balance is allowed if activation period did not finish yet.  During periods of InsatNight tariff, personal account must be positive.  In the beginning of each activation period there must be enough money on personal account for withdrawal of monthly payment.  If there terms are not met, service will be temporarily stopped, until personal account is recharged.  After account recharge, reactivation of service is done every hour automatically.

    FAP (Fair Access Policy)

    FAP algorithm controls download speed dynamically.  Service category is changed depending on volume of downloaded traffic within accounting period, gradually changing bandwidth from maximum speed to maximum limitation, in case if Customer exceeded total traffic of all other customer categories.

    Accounting period starts since moment of customer's subscription activation, or since next automatic money withdrawal for next payment period, and also since re-activation of subscription after temporary stop because of negative money balance.
One-time money withdrawal is made at the subscription activation moment.
    Accounting period is 30 days.  If there is not enough money at the moment of automatic withdrawal, subscription is temporarily stopped.
    Once an hour control system checks traffic volume, downloaded by a customer for current accounting period.  And according to result of this check, chenges FAP category of the customer, according to the table.  So if all traffic limits have been exceeded, speed will be limited to 62.5 kbit/s.  However customer will never be completely disconnected from Intenret during current accounting period.  If InsatNight tariff is activated, traffic downloaded during night hours (2 to 8 CET/MSK-2) is paid according to InsatNight tariff, and it is not taken into accounting of FAP limitations.

 Swithover between tariffs

    Customer can freely switch between tariffs.  Tariff speed is changed immediately without connection break.  Also one can switch between InsatTraf and InsatStream, as long as there is enough money on subscription account.
    At the moment of switchover between tariffs customer agrees with new tariff terms.  And terms of old tariff lose their power.
    Also there is a possibility of IP address change depending on chosen satellite.  After switchover IP address is changed automatically.
    Same thing will occur in case of switchover between different InsatStream tariffs.  There will be withdrawn monthly cost of new tariff (according to price list), and there will be set a new subscription final date, at the moment of tariff switchover.
    In practice, for example, it looks like this.  Customer worked 5 days on InStream500, and then decided to switch to InTraf500, downloaded 1 GB, and decided to go back to InStream500.  As a result, the following actions will be done: at the moment of switchover from InStream500 to InTraf500, terms of InStream500 lose their power, subscription activation date, traffic distribution algorithm, and other paramters are changed to InTraf500 ones.  Then customer works on InTraf500.  Further, at the moment of switchover back from InTraf500 to InStream500, traffic distribution algorithm is set to FAP, subscription activation date is changed to the switchover date, and new monthly payment is taken for next payment period.
